Pumpkin Crumb Cake with Streusel Topping

Topping

¼ cup flour
3 Tbl br sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon and allspice
1Tbl oil
1cup chopped pecans( or other nuts)
Mix together all ingredients except nuts until a crumble forms, add nuts.

Cake

1 15 oz can of pumpkin or 2 cup fresh cooked
¾ c soy milk
¾ c oil
1 1/2c sugar
3 T molasses
2 tsp vanilla
2 2/3 c flour ( can use wh wheat)
1 Tbl baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 ½ t cinnamon
3/4t ginger
1/2tsp allspice
1/8 tsp cloves.

Mix together the fist 6 ingredients. Mix together flour, baking powder and spices. Add to the first but do not over mix. .
Pour into a greased 9x 13 pan. Add topping and bake at 350 for 30 min.
Cut into 24 pieces
